Great stay was looked after well . Breakfast was good with great spread . Pool was great given the summers kudos to the GM and his team also compact place with well done up decor . A small walking path will be most welcome . The hotel is the heart of city

This is not our first stay in Blue diamond(probably 4th or 5th) but somehow missed reviewing it! This is an excellent IHCL property, very well located in Pune.. The rooms are compact, spick and span.. The food quality is amazing. We had a set thali in our room and it was totally worth the money! The breakfast spread and taste was excellent. A shout -out to the restaurant manager(i guess) Mr Bablu who I saw was going to every table, enquiring about each individual guests' requirement... Can say The Taj characteristics were all seen here in this property!

The hotel laundry spoiled my uniform. I was left in a fix as I could not go for work. The trousers were shrunk by 1 inch in length and more than 1 inch in waist. Similar issue happened with my colleague. Never seen such a service in a Taj brand hotel. They are yet to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Had to leave the uniform trousers with the hotel manager.

Reminiscing the good times in a heritage like property at Blue Diamond is an awesome experience. Great location as touristy sights are not too far away. The Pune railway station and airport are close by. Great bars and eating joints in the near vicinity.

I arrived early and was checked in immediately. My room preference was given. Reception staff and Bell boys were welcoming and courteous. Room was comfortable, clean and cozy. Had dinner at Whispering Bamboos. Staff was courteous and attentive. All three members of staff, Dinesh, Mamata and Rose were helpful in accommodating special requests. Checkout was quick and accurate.
